Short version: Acanthus Curl does not collect any data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you paint and every photo you add stays on your device.

Who we are

Acanthus Curl is a painting game about filete porteño and Petrykivka decorative painting for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what happens to information when you use the app.

Data we collect

None. The app does not send personal data, usage data, diagnostics, identifiers or content to us or to any third party. It contains no third-party SDKs, no analytics and no advertising frameworks, and it does not track you across apps or websites.

What is stored on your device

None of this is uploaded. Deleting the app removes it all, and Settings › Reset the whole year in the app deletes it at any time.

Camera and photos

The camera is used only when you tap “Take photo” to add a Street Find. Choosing a photo uses the system photo picker, which gives the app only the single image you pick, not your library. If you save an image through the share sheet, iOS asks for permission to add it to your photo library. Images are never sent anywhere.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily drill reminder, the app asks for notification permission and schedules the reminder locally on your device. After a delivery it may also schedule one local reminder that the next customer is waiting. No push service or server is involved.

Reference pages

The motif book links to UNESCO element pages and encyclopedia and museum articles. They open inside the app only when you tap them, and their cookies are not kept after you close the page. Those websites have their own privacy policies.

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Sharing

When you share a painted piece, the image goes through the iOS share sheet to the app or person you choose. We do not receive it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
